Mini game inspired by Orbital Space missions

Detumble!

Every satellite tumbles end-over-end right after it's released from the launcher. Fire magnetorquer pulses to cancel the spin, lock attitude, and get the antenna talking to the ground — before the battery runs out.

Mission Briefing

QMR-KWT-2 just separated from its deployer and is tumbling out of control. Pulse the magnetorquers left or right to cancel the spin. Get angular velocity into the green and hold it there to lock attitude — but every second you're tumbling costs battery.

Tap the on-screen buttons on mobile. Small drift torque keeps nudging you — hold steady once you're in the green.

"Detumble!" is an original mini-game created by Orbital Space, loosely modeled on the real detumbling phase every CubeSat goes through after deployment. All game code and design are © Orbital Space — not a simulation of QMR-KWT-2's actual attitude control data.

This really happens

Every CubeSat tumbles after separation — real missions spend their first hours in orbit fighting to stabilize before anything else can begin.
